The Maryland Association of Professional Organizers (MAPO) was founded in 2001 by a small group of Professional Organizers who served clients in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
Since its inception, the organization has quadrupled and currently has over 50 members. Most are small business owners who provide specific organizing services and products to clients in Baltimore City and neighboring counties.
The growth of the organization is supported by the increasing needs of the community to become and maintain an organized, efficient, and productive life style.
MAPO encourages its members toward certification in the Professional Organizing field. These designations are issued by the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).
